Bronze Certification - necessary submissions include the objective survey, and practice documentation on flexible working.

Silver Certification - In addition to the requirement of the bronze certification, please also fill out the case study survey.

Gold Certification - In addition to the requirements of the silver certification, the entire practice should be encouraged to complete the team objective & reflective questionnaires, but in any case no less than 50% of employees will be required to complete it to support the assessment.
