Why are practices interested in this workshop?
Embarking on the flexible working “journey” can be daunting: Oftentimes people have different ideas of what flexible working is; they may have had bad experiences trying to implement it (or making requests themselves); they may be worried about the impact on client care or staff morale, or they may simply not know where to start.
In addition, members of the practice leadership team are polarised on the subject – with some being advocates and others hesitant or simply just lacking in information. Bringing these leaders together to clarify understanding, surface concerns, and explore opportunities through a facilitated framework can help the practice’s decision-making process.

In-person, tailored to your practice, interactive workshop delivered by one of Flexee’s consultants, this workshop includes 1-hour pre-call, 2-hour in-person session (up to 20 people group), 1-hour follow up review consultancy call and a summary report.
