What is it?

A complete program of workshops, technical advice and consultancy support developed
in consultation and partnership with the practice to explore and develop practice
‘readiness’ to flex; address perceived or real hurdles; manage this as a piece of, potentially
significant, organisational change; develop the solution(s) with input from the team;
followed by support with roll-out into the practice.

This package is particularly suitable for practices looking to make wholesale changes to
their approach to working hours/patterns across the practice, although the method can
be very suitably applied to discreet teams, divisions or branches. Example outcomes
successfully implemented from this activity might include an agreed change in the whole
team’s default working week, or the ability to accommodate variable employee working
hours against fluctuating practice needs. Methods of tracking success and return on
investment will be identified and monitored with the client as part of this work.

A typical FlexPlus program follows the key stages of the Flexee Five Step Model and
comprises a combination of in-person workshops with different members of the practice
team – starting with the leadership team; technical design work; project planning and
migration support; and learning reviews.

Pricing

Price displayed is a deposit amount. 

The typical project fee for this program is £14,000-£16,000 + VAT with acknowledged
variables to be factored in, such as the extent and nature of change, and taking into
account the practice’s own internal capability. Reflecting our strong partnering approach,
this fee includes regular client-consultant reviews throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Accreditation Level Requirements

Bronze 

Flexee®’s Bronze level of Accreditation in Flexible Working is appropriate for practices which demonstrate an interest in flexible working.

Appoint a Flexee® Practice Account Administrator (who automatically becomes a “Friend of Flexee” and can join the community*)

Flexee® Practice Account Administrator must Complete and pass Flexee®’s course: “Foundational Principles and Practices of flexible working” (qualifies for CPD credits should the participant wish to claim them)

Complete the Flexee® online Assessment in Flexible Working and achieve a compliance score of at least 50%

Silver

Flexee®’s Silver level of Accreditation in Flexible Working is appropriate for practices which supports flexible working.

Appoint a Flexee® Practice Account Administrator (who automatically becomes a “Friend of Flexee” and can join the community*)

Flexee® Practice Account Administrator must Complete and pass Flexee®’s course: “Foundational Principles and Practices of flexible working” (qualifies for CPD credits should the participant wish to claim them)

Complete the Flexee® online Assessment in Flexible Working and achieve a compliance score of at least 70%

Submit 2 case studies demonstrating how your practice applies the Foundational Principles and Practices of flexible working to 2 roles within your practice (roles: vets/nurses/receptionist/admin or managers). (These case studies will be reviewed by Flexee® assessors)

Gold

Flexee®’s Bronze level of Accreditation in Flexible Working is appropriate for practices which actively embraces flexible working.

Appoint a Flexee® Practice Account Administrator (who automatically becomes a “Friend of Flexee” and can join the community*)

Flexee® Practice Account Administrator must:

Complete and pass Flexee®’s course: “Foundational Principles and Practices of flexible working” (qualifies for CPD credits should the participant wish to claim them)

At least 30% of Practice Team to complete the Flexee® online Assessment in Flexible Working and achieve a compliance score of at least 70%

Submit 3 case studies demonstrating how your practice applies the Foundational Principles and Practices of flexible working to 3 roles within your practice (roles: vets/nurses/receptionist/admin or managers). (These case studies will be reviewed by Flexee® assessors)

Platinum

Flexee®’s Bronze level of Accreditation in Flexible Working is appropriate for practices which excels in flexible working.

Appoint a Flexee® Practice Account Administrator (who automatically becomes a “Friend of Flexee” and can join the community*)

Flexee® Practice Account Administrator must:

Complete and pass Flexee®’s course: “Foundational Principles and Practices of flexible working” (qualifies for CPD credits should the participant wish to claim them)

At least 50% of Practice Team to complete the Flexee® online Assessment in Flexible Working and achieve a compliance score of at least 70%

Submit 4 case studies demonstrating how your practice applies the Foundational Principles and Practices of flexible working to 4 roles within your practice (roles: vets/nurses/receptionist/admin or managers). (These case studies will be reviewed by Flexee® assessors)

Complete the Flexee® Professional Conversation with Flexee®’s HR consultant in order to demonstrate further evidence that the practice’s leadership and culture wholeheartedly embraces and excels in flexible working.
