A 2-part offering for vet practices who need help with the technicalities of a particular flexible working solution together with successful integration of this into the wider practice team.
What is included and outcomes:
As with FlexLite, this might typically revolve around individual working pattern/contract design or the introduction of specific flexible working policies and practices. As well as offering technical support with a particular requirement, this package is geared towards also facilitating the cultural shift required to ensure the change is successfully adopted.
Part 1: for Directors/Practice managers/HR managers: implementing the HR/technical
basics of the desired flexible working outcome as per FlexLite above.
Part 2: for the whole team: a typically 2-hour workshop/event on making flexible working work for your practice. This event is usually most effective when delivered in person and is part information-sharing and part group-discussion facilitation where the implications of introducing the flexible solution into the practice, both practical and cultural, are explored in order to promote whole team alignment, engagement and support.

This package depends on the specific flexible working solution being implemented but would typically start from £1,950 + VAT.
This excludes any additional expenses incurred e.g. travel.
